Kept thirty miles from Bright Hollow in a Morrow Biotech lab, threaded with black cabling, filed under a project called the endless pursuit of wholeness.
Then something in a town that only exists in the dead records started ringing. The spike hit. The containment integrity fell. The locks failed.
